OBLIQUAS - Pepper mill

Obliquas is an archetypical pepper mill that distinguishes itself from the crowd.

On a table it seems to bend towards the user as it humbly invites you to pepper your dish. The two main parts are divided by a groove. The adjustment knob, that is used to define the size of the grains of the grinder, is neatly hidden by a pod, easy attainable without messing up the aesthetics as you don’t use it every time you pepper.

The design in walnut is manufactured by a local woodturning club. Because you use it near food, it’s oiled with olive oil just to make sure you don’t get any unwanted chemicals on your plate.
